Please send a regiment of those reserves (no offence but preferably a USMC Unit) to Negros Oriental to enforce what needs to be enforced.
One would hope they let people go to the hospital and pharmacy whether it's "their" color coding time slot or not...
You have to have a pass to receive a delivery service OR to be a delivery driver? And do over 65s, who I thought were not allowed out of their homes, receive a pass? If not, then it means they are shut out of healthcare.
Rumor has it: You need a pass which will allow you to receive delivery's Mon. Wed. and Fri. Delivery drives also need a pass which allows them to make delivery's Tue. Thu. Sat. No deliveries on Sunday. Catch 22 There are a lot of new rules that are open to interpretation. My wife thinks the Army guys could be a bit difficult because many of them do not have reasoning in their skill set. But seriously I am worried that the roadside vegetable, fruit or fish vendors are not out there selling. If they need a pass that will be a big problem for many.
I see you cherry picked the information to fit your intended spin. You chose alternating pass schedules to support your intended spin of catch 22 and that the rules are poorly thought out. More importantly you did not reference the part of the law that allows workers to go to work. This is how fake news proliferates. Ignorant people simply choose a those facts that support their preconceptions. The text of the law states that: "For individuals still reporting to work, they are required to show their Government or Company-issued ID and Company Certification of DUTY STATUS." Please make a better effort to maintain a higher standard of accuracy in the future.
So area 1 of this pass holds 50% of the population of negros so there are still going to be long lines everywhere,as for the other areas mentioned on the passes how is eveyone going to get to dumaguete with no pubic transport? Here in bacong we got a 2in scrap of paper for a pass with no days stated on it and so i see it we will be under area 1 rules or? Is it still possible to go out when needed in bacong for local veggies or grocery or are we tied to the days on the area 1 thing? This stuff has not been well thought through as usual, even the barangay just shruged when asked. Looks like just carry on as normal until we are told any different.
