Has anyone seen or heard of the rules and guidelines for the Enhanced Quarantine. There are lots of rumor's and chis miss going about. I have not seen any official document other than about the pass's.
Hope this helps some. Advisory from Office of the Mayor Dumaguete City please be advised that the city government will issue quarantine passes per household before FRIDAY. These color-coded passes will be given to the 30 barangays so the officials/purok officers will distribute the passes to the households. RED Monday 7AM -12PM Thursday 1PM - 6PM BLUE Tuesday 7AM - 12PM Friday 1PM - 6PM BLACK Wednesday 7AM - 12PM Saturday 1PM -6PM YELLOW for workers There is no need for the people to go to the barangay halls or city hall. Government workers can use their IDs thus there is no need for a pass. Employees of essential business and entities such as public market, supermarket, grocery stores, convenience store, hospitals, clinics, gasoline stations, refilling stations, shipping companies, money transfer, water refilling stations, manufacturing or processing plant for basic food products, cargo handling, restaurants, food establishment, pharmacies, banks and financial institutions, money transfer, hardware and construction supplies, BPOs, public utility vehicle, power, energy, telecome, utilities and media) will have their own pass. The heads of office or manager must write to the Office of the City Mayor indicating the names and number of workers of the company/entity. Surrender your IDs and driver's license during checkpoints. Always wear face masks and helmet with valid driver's license and vehicle registration thermal scan must be below 37.9 to be given entry.Thank you.
They published the executive orders for the general senior citizens /students curfew we have currently just this Monday, so there will probably be a few days of time again where there is no EO but just statements on FB to interpret. Carry on as usual and see what happens. I trust they will not let people starve in their homes and I'll also not hesitate to go to the hospital/pharmacy if I have to regardless of any time slots.
None of us including the Philippines government were prepared for this epidemic. It must be extremely difficult to think of all the repercussions when you quickly have to take strategic steps to address this calamity so I can understand the government making multiple changes as necessary. There may not be a “perfect solution” so making modifications as we move forward and see what is working and what is not is going to happen and we need to be flexible and smart. Let’s hope the next 14 days will put us ahead of the curve. Painful but necessary.
BACONG just been informed by the barangay the paper passes we got issued a few days back are invalid, the barangay will issue new colour coded passes tto each household this fri. There is some issues about 65 yr olds as i have one here who is alone and needs to get to the bank so spoke with the mayor and he will get a clearance for this. Another barangay in bacong has told a friend of mine who is 63 he cannot get a pass even though it states the age of 65 so a few barangays have no idea about the order from the govenor.
We got our QP today here in Sibulan, it was printed on what was sort of a blueish paper, and I asked the lady if this was a color code blue pass. She said to me, "no sir, we're not doing the color coding, you can just go out any day that you need to". hmmmm ... okay??
The Province of Negros Oriental keeps a FaceBook page and it has all the latest data including the EO. They also have a daily report of the confirmed infected.
So you are a Freeman! - but Sibulan is in Cluster 1 I assume (Siaton to San Jose) and I would have expected a colour coded pass.
Yes, but the problem is that I am over 65 and my wife does not drive and the QP only allows for one person at a time to go out. So, where does that leave us?
