There is a clause about the barangay helping those who are over 65 and do not have a younger person in the home. It stated that they could provide an escort. This may not help you because your wife is young enough to leave the home.

Can she take public transportation? You could load up on some cash now before the extended quarantine goes into effect.

 

looks to me that the colored quarantine pass only applies to duma; it's from the Office of the Dumaguete City Mayor.
the Cluster 1 quarantine applies from Siaton to San Jose.

what we still don't know is, will people from the suburbs be able to enter duma.

Dumaguete mayor should really get his stuff together and ditch that stupid color coding.
