Got this email from the US Embassy Manila today. There have been rumors of these flights being organized.

    Health Alert - U.S. Embassy Manila (April 4, 2020)

    Location: The Philippines

    Event:

    International Flights:

International commercial flight options currently exist in the Philippines. U.S. citizens who wish to return to the United States should make commercial arrangements as soon as possible unless they are prepared to remain abroad for an indefinite period. The U.S. government does not currently anticipate arranging repatriation flights in the Philippines at this time.

Totally agree, a lot of people here had the opportunity but didn't take it.. and guess mainly all tourists. Or free loaders taking advantage of the system, I have noticed in the last months the dregs of society are now coming here from Thailand.. serves them right.

If my wife could get back to mindinou I would leave but thats not possible. I just prefer the healthcare in the states as opposed to here should I need it.
