I don't think so - but it might send them on a short course of indoor exercises. Although outdoor exercise, just walking even, is mentally uplifting, it is not essential for the purpose of obtaining cardiovascular exercise or the avoidance of DVT. But I accept that mental health consequences might follow a long period of quarantine, especially if anyone lives alone.

Well you really can't beat that. Pretty much all of my orders have been for less than 100 USD worth of goods, so maybe that's why I always see around 50% additional costs.

I. Really don't want to see martial law anywhere. There are many people that just can not or will not follow simple instructions. Quarantine passes being issued was a failure in that many people were left stranded (at least legally stranded). With martial law they may end up in serious trouble for doing what they have to do to eat. On my limited trips to get food in Bacong I always see people hanging out doing nothing. If they continue then maybe martial law will be implemented here. If we end up with martial law you can thank the people that are too stupid or too stubborn to follow simple rules.
Hunger, boredom, hopelessness, low IQ. A message of when this will end would be helpful to all, not the stepping-stone approach being taken. General McArthur, please return one more time.
Anybody who says they can predict the end is a fool. It will change several times a month, depending basically on when residents decide to follow simple self-isolating directions. Depends on other stuff too, all of which are covered ad-nauseum in all media outlets, including this one. (further rant deleted)...
