    This morning there was a lot of discussion on the internet where Degamo was considering going from ECQ to GCQ before April 30. The comments were joyous by most except from a few who don’t want ECQ lifted until the whole province is tested etc.. But as if tonite, no further status. I’m wondering if anyone has additional information. The GCQ would still block travel from adjacent provinces but the intent was to get people inside this low infection rate province working again. But We know that Dumaguete City makes their own rules and not sure if degamo was addressing that.

    Sorry, link doesn’t seem to work. If you have Facebook, just google HeadZ UP NegOr, it will find the Facebook page and scroll down to videos. It should be the first video. Good news if degamo implements this. Better to understand if you know bisaya but it has English subtitles.
