The two lanes are certainly not for two lanes of traffic. You can drive most of the way from Bacong to Siaton on four lane highway now, and you won't see one vehicle using the inside lanes.
Bacong/ Valencia road has been widened too, also the bridge nearby where the proposed international airport is to be constructed.
Where possible I always use the inside lane to over take the slow moving traffic in the outside lane.
Yes, me too, with a long blast of the horn each time to make a point. Not sure why I do that though, as I'm sure it's lost on them and the wife just scolds me for it.
