    I haven’t been able to find the specific EO that covers your area; however I am well aware of the EO issued here which is similar to Cebu (at least until May 1). Rice, frozen fish and hotdogs? Lol your Barangay must have money. There are many poor people who could benefit from that! Zero food deliveries here but we are not looking for that; free food should only be for the poor. All we care about is buying our own. Good that you have a driver who can get you through the checkpoints. Looks like either separate arbitrary requirements or arbitrary enforcements or both. Either way, you seem to be doing OK. Best of luck in the future.

    Very interesting. Why doesn’t the WHO and CDC release this data? they have it. The problem is that many countries will likely not endorse a study from Israel.

    Aha, I found that Cabanatuan (Neuva Ecija) also doesn’t have a senior curfew. Learned something new. And those areas have a lot more infections than we apparently do. This senior curfew could be a Region VII thing (?)

    Lucky - my wife's father has been refused food/cash assistance as he has a 'foreign cash cow'. The fact that he has no cash and cannot get to anywhere that we could send some due to ECQ geographical restrictions seems lost on them, as though we have some magical powers to get it to him. Beggars belief.

    The charts from the Israeli is interesting and presents a positive forecast, I think. It makes sense but my concern is how dangerous and for how long the carriers could pass the virus along. Personally, I would like to walk down by pier, go back to the gym, go to my coffee shop, drop by my wine shop, daily, my bank monthly. Soon please!

    We got our few kilos of rice and bit of chicken, a few cans of sardines. I took them because I figure refusing will lead someone to temptation, and I know d*mn well who in my immediate neighborhood needs more help than they are getting. It sure isn’t the person handing it out. I just make sure no one sees us redistributing the goods.
