The Spaniard was upset and probably for a fairly good reason. It doesn't matter if his rage was justified or not. He could end up deported the BI will be doing some follow-up. It is always (ALWAYS) good to keep in mind that we can be deported fairly easily.

Utterly ridiculous behaviour over a 1,000 peso fine. Any man who has a belly wider than his shoulders, yet still goes out in public topless should be deported as a matter of course. Nobody wants to see that
I wondered what would have happened if he was taking a leak in his front yard and the police came by? Maybe we will find out tomorrow when the dude pays his fine and is released and comes home p*ssed off.
on the other hand, we all know that taking something like that (or anything, for that matter) to court here will get you nowhere.
