    I have a 6 year old and an 8 year old, and they are perfectly aware of whats going on and why they cant go outside, reading some of the jumped up out of context rubbish I have been reading for the last 6 or 7 weeks here, some of the contributors here are spouting out of both holes. Some here it seems to me that the situation/scenario needs to be explained to them daily, some hourly, We are guests here in the Philippines so simply do as the they ask,and it will get this over with, jumping up and down and trying to pick flaws and holes in their rationale, will get you no where only grayer and into the senior citizen band faster, and if a 5 year old will be traumatised by not being allowed out on his bike, better make room for them in the senior citizen brigade PRONTO

    MANILA, Philippines — Lawmakers and employers on Wednesday blasted as “arbitrary” the Department of Health (DOH) guidelines barring teenagers and senior citizens from going out of their homes even after the easing of quarantine measures in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, which are currently on lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

    “Putting the age bracket of 19 years old and below, plus 60 years old and above to be covered by the extended lockdown period is again typical of the arbitrariness of [the] DOH, which provides the [Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases] inputs,” said 1-Pacman Rep. Enrico Pineda, head of the House of Representatives’ committee on labor and employment.

    despite being German, I am not blindly following orders without ever asking myself if they actually make sense. Doesnt matter if here or elsewhere. So far I've done well with that approach. Good luck with yours.
