My neighbor who over 60 called the Zamboangita office to enquirer about paying the bill. They came to his house in San Miguel to collect.
As of the highly crowded GCQ opening day, we couldn’t contact Fil Prods either so after getting a Valencia Barangay certification letter and withdrawing absolute max limit of cash for all the month’s essentials, from a Hypermart ATM, morning and again in the afternoon (2 day’s limits for our USA bank, 12 hours away) we went to a PNB Branch downtown and brought with us an old Fil products bill since we hadn’t even received the Mar-Apr bill. Note: Even with skeleton staff, they have kept up the internet and cable very well :impressed: So the teller, speculating that Fil prod couldn’t find a courier to deliver the invoices to Valencia, listed the Fil Products account on the slip and I filled out the deposit slip with my account number, business as usual, for two months payments to pay us through the not yet received May invoice keeping us paid up until at least June 10 or so, due closer to July. The GCQ opening day was highly productive for us where we also handled NORECO and DCWD plus a Palawan padala money transfer to our Siquijor caretaker to pay 2 months PROSIELCO (electric) and 2 months Siquijor cable plus her fees. We were concerned that Fil Prod might cut us off at 2 months behind, probably not the case, but anyway we are ok for another month plus. None of these utilities in Duma or Siquijor ever threatened to cut us off. Next trip we go to DHL to send out tax return to the IRS in Austin to get our refund. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dumaguete not answering the phone and no mention on google of a Zamboangita office... could he give you the number he called as I cannot pay at 711 as I have not been issued an account number which is given after first payment ... Had both Globe and PLDT with ease of payment online but Fil Products is another matter sheesh
Dan, just pay at PNB. All they need is your current bill or an older one if no current bill PNB will deposit in Fil products account, crediting you. That is what we always do. No need for 711. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just make sure there is not some City Employee Thug standing outside telling the guard to enforce the new EO regarding a new QC Pass that could not possibly be given to all households in less than 24 hours. No City Thug, they will let you in.
Would if could but no current bill, they told us that we have to pay the first bill in person at the office and then we would be issued an account number... OR they would send a courier for payment but no contact arrgghh
My experience. At first always paid at Fil products office. About a year ago, I found that I could pay NORECO at PNB branch in Calingdagan. One time at PNB I asked them if they accept other payments like Fil Products. They said yes to Fil products, all they needed was my invoice. Si I saved a trip and paid at PNB, there was no special bureaucracy, just needed to give them the invoice and I filled out the payment slip same as I did with NORECO. So for the last several months I paid NORECO AND Fil products at PNB in calingdagan. This week went to PNB branch on calingdagan but it was closed due to quarantine but passing thru downtown we saw another PNB. I went in there and asked if I could pay Fil Products. They said yes so I paid. No problem. Not sure what you mean by account numbers; all they needed was Fil products account number which they have and my account number which was on an old bill before quarantine (it stays the same). Hope this helps Dan! Should be no problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
