They are just taking the chance to enforce other rules whilst they have the checkpoints up - I applaud that as a visit to hospital for having an accident here can ruin the financial lives of many Filipino families.

What is really amazing is the number of police and enforcers the City employs. Up to this quarantine issue, hardly ever saw them. Wonder if there might be more discipline, less crime if they keep this enforcement going after any quarantine exists, or will they go back to sitting in the office, waiting for a victim to walk in or be called by the hospital?
