Yesterday AM (thursday 5/14) went to Valencia from Dumaguete and back on our pass, checkpoints in both directions, nobody stopped us, didn't even get out of the chairs.
went to Dgte today, not requested to show anything except at tyangee, she was persitent in asking for it, showed her the pass, sige sir no sanitiser or temp check though
50 minutes to go from Bacong Market to the mall, left at 9:10 this morning. Check point stopping every car.
I saw the long line of cars today when I pass by on bike, they stop all, ask me for driving license, nothing else
Yesterday again I was asked everywhere I entered for my "pass", I also seen a lot of people trying to enter without and they were all refused entry. It seems city residents can roam around town any day of the week and it's hit or miss whether the establishments let'em in or not. However I did not seen any foreigners trying to do this.
They asked me where's your pass I said my wife has it, wife just waved it at her. Then the police women said put your seat belt on. I need to get a pass, last month they said over 60's not allowed, wish they would make their minds up. It's all confusing
