Just read that Spokesman Roque stated that under the MECQ residents f Manila can now go outside walking, jogging and bike riding. I wonder if our Governor and Mayor are listening, we are not even under those type restrictions. Also, Mayor Bing of Bacolod lifted the pass system and said Sundays are days people can now go out too. I doubt it, they appear to be tone deaf.
From time to time I see requests for suggestions on the Headz Up NegOr Facebook page. The fact that he has put requests out for suggestions multiple times leads me to believe he is sincere. You might try to contact him with a suggestion about getting exercise. Show the information that people in Manila are allowed to go out walking, jogging, etc. Mix the afternoon liquor sales in there too! Having the alcohol mixed in with a request for exercise makes it appear more wholesome. I am sure writing here has absolutely no effect on the Philippines because all Filipinos use Facebook as their medium. This is why I recommend you try FB.
Have you looked at Facebook page? He is posting. He isn't going to go door to door telling everyone his plan personally, you have to seek out this information.

Heard nothing about De gamo lifting the booze ban or anything else apart from playing tennis, golf and other non contact sport. And seniors not allowed to do eff all.
He is a puppet of the Palace in Manila. If they allow it there, then all of a sudden he comes out and says it is okay to do that here. Might as well just stay home. No independence exercised, and Manila is under the MECQ not a GCQ like here.
