No reason that I can see. For some reason we are not allowed to see who gave the rating. In 7 years on this forum I have given someone that rating twice. It didn't bother me at all if they knew who gave the rating.
Interesting how one can flatter oneself to the point he actually thinks others care that he is ignoring them. Pls add me to your list lol.
I agree it could be offensive to some and is needlessly so; being called stupid would be offensive to most, and is even more needless.
It may be somewhat crippled, and obviously exposed, but it is not Gone. To many in the media supporting them.
Agreed that personal attacks should be sanctioned... calling people stupid is included in that definition ?
Both the personal attacks and antagonizing conspiratorial/trolling posts are going to come to a stop soon. If anyone sees these posts report them (I do not have time to read every post made on the forum), do NOT feed the trolls. Feeding the trolls is about to become a violation worthy of points as well. I see very clearly who the troll is. The account will not be around much longer if this behavior continues. I already see 3 posts from the troll that could have points issued. Anything other than helpful and courteous posts from that member will receive points moving forward.
Asking for a friend. If a troll is given a GENIUS rating for an obnoxious/ignorant post would that qualify as feeding the Troll? Sometimes a rating is given in sarcasm.
Freedom of speech is just that; Freedom of Speech. When you censor or block another you deny freedom of speech to yourself as well. Just because a person does not agree with you does not mean they are trolls. Many times I read the word "troll" as just a censorship buzzword for stifling an opinion one does not agree with and is usually followed by like kind group mentality comments. Which in my opinion is nothing more than trolling.
