    Funny how our so called provincial government are always the last ones to pick up on the latest requirements. No doubt we will be half way through this two week period before everyone knows officially what's happening.

    just carry around all the ESQ/GSQ/MGSQ or whatever passes with you that you got so far. cannot be wrong, any or one of them will grant you access everywhere. a perfect example how a perfect system is turning into something kafkaesque. if you cannot accept or understand that, you are wrong in this country. adapt. obey.

    FYI, PAL announced that scheduled domestic flights from Manila to Dumaguete, Bacolod and Cebu resume June 1. Be interesting to see how that plays into the "do you or do you not need a quarantine pass" issue.
