I bought a new Suzuki Vitara, Dumaguete price was unmoveable, bought mine in Cebu, price was flexible, drove it home. New car really NO PROBLEMS, Buying second hand here in Philippines, not for me, can't trust anyone when money is involved.
Just a little difficult buying anything outside the Province right now. You might be able to leave, but getting back ,ight prove difficult.
Just log into any of the banks at look at there pages of things for sale, here you can find the correct cost of land and not the silly prices most try and sell for
