I wasn't there but washing chairs on those steps would make sense. There is a water hydrant at the top of those steps that everyone uses. We look forward to seeing you at the market next week.

Sorry for so many posts, but I just remembered. We are making some clotted cream this week so that my British friends, (both of them lol), can have some clotted cream and strawberries on scones, (biscuits), this Sunday. I hope to finally find out which is proper, the jam first or the cream.

    This is the Cornish way.

    Devon gets it wrong.

Do you sell your normal prepackaged meals at the Sunday market?

Yes we do. We don't bring too many but we do try to bring some of everything we sell. If you, or anyone else, prefers to pick something up at the market rather than get a delivery, you are welcome to as we should have most items. If you like you can send an order for us to bring to the market, that works too. Whatever you prefer, any way is good for us.

I'm making some more beef pot roast in order to make a warm beef pot roast sandwich on Sunday at the Valencia market. It will be on our homemade yeast bread buns with horseradish sauce or mayonnaise, pickle or.... I also made enough clotted cream so that if someone wants some I can sell a 250 gram tub. It came out really nice and is 125p a tub. I will have sausage, jams, clotted cream and scones/biscuits ready to eat along with the beef. Most all of our stuff is made by us. Jellies, pickles, etc.
