    The cancellation of the BLACK OUT was announced on FB. That should please some people that can't adapt to the word brown out as is commonly used here. LOL

    while hundreds of thousands prepare, this "Company" has power to let the NGCP cancel it and just in last minute.

    Actually, in my opinion INC doesn't even qualify as a church; in my humble opinion it resembles a cult or a family business (Google Manalo family wealth if you're interested) much more than a church/religion.

    Before I came to the Philippines and whilst my wife was involved in a London-based Filipino Church, she told me that if I want to be rich then create a 'Church' - I get it now. The Pastor of that 'Church' proudly told me of how he was going to buy up rice cheap in the Philippines, store it, and wait for a crisis so he could sell it to his people at high prices - so, sell it to the starving to make money!
