I Think that the Philippine Authorities have just showed their crass stupidity with the July 27th Negros Orr introduction of The CV Motorcycle Barrier. What planet ZOG are they on?

I purposely try to avoid commenting on political or religious posts. However, the Philippines back rider cluster #*-/ is so astonishing that even though I am no longer impacted by it I can’t help trying to find logic or elementary-level reasoning why they would even consider trying to pull this off.

I'm with you on not posting to many topics and I will probably regret this one. As you know, many things here and abroad seem to be going to extremes. It is all about who can be the most "woke", (informed and compliant). I went to the dentist the other day and the assistant had on a full body aluminum suit, feet, mittens, head and face covering, eyeglasses and face shield and mask. Looked like she was on the moon. Then they sold me a plastic jacket for 250p, that did not meet by a foot in the front, and a shower cap so they could work in my mouth on my teeth. I'm fine with reasonable protections but I think they were a little over the top, as is the motorbike back shield.
It's the same phenomena as when a bunch of old geezers get together and start talking about their old high school athletic days. First lie doesn't stand a chance. The older I get the faster I used to be and the more I used to bench press. One upsmanship leads to strange places.
My suggestion is that we should make everyone pull the passenger in an enclosed trailer.
I do take protection seriously, but this is beyond the point of serious.
