I have two pieces of cardboard with an arrangement of elastic, such that when you put a note inside and open it again you find the note has disappeared. I think they have similar here, but much bigger.

Let's hope the 500M does not get converted to SUV's because that would be about 250 Ford Raptors with the twin turbo diesel. The roads would become even more dangerous.
Or imagine if someone used it to buy thousands of those ridiculously slow three wheeled chariot things. Those things should be banned from the roads. I regularly see them passed by bicycles. By far the most annoying and dangerous things on the road.
We have a chariot, very useful, and not slow. Not sure why they are being passed, unless they are to full. The fam uses it to get water from Bacong and wood from our land in Dauin.
Yes, anytime land is that cheap you may find title issues. Filipinos often sell to each other by tax declaration at much cheaper prices and it works for them almost as a second system of realty. Foreigners expect true legal ownership. I have known foreigners who bought within the informal tax declaration and it worked for them but they never really owned anything except a tax declaration. Not even sure if they bothered with a deed of sale. They also sometimes sell vehicles that way; they don’t like the official runaround of the title transfer process where they investigate that the seller had valid title etc.. Years ago I sold an easy ride to a relative and she did not want to bother with a formal title transfer; way too much hassle. The informal economy works that way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Some people drive at reasonable speeds, so drive fast and some drive slow. It doesn't matter on the vehicle in most cases, I have seen new SUV's and cars drive as slow as is possible. Sometimes I wonder if they need a push to get moving. Vehicle engines have limits, but mostly it is up to the person controlling the gas.
