I recently purchased a touch screen stereo system for my car that has the option for backup/360 cameras. I installed the stereo and GPS/mobile antennas myself but I am not wanting to mess with installing the 4 cameras. (I don't have the required tools and, more importantly, the patience with removing civilian vehicle plastic trimming without breaking something.) Does anyone know a competent business in Dumaguete that can do the install job properly? I don't want a half @ss job with cables showing, unnecessary holes drilled, scratched up trimming or shortcuts taken. (I can do that myself for free.)
Scuds on Jose Romero on the left side going to Valencia, I had them install my camera system (not 360) but front and rear and they also came to my house to do the install 9157769599.
Rye, i really think you should go there and ask them yourself. What they charged another person for a job which is possibly different to yours is of no comparison. If the guy was willing to recommend him I think that speaks volumes about what he was charged and that he was happy with the job. It also gives Scud the opportunity to see what the job actually entails.
I understand that, I was just looking for a ballpark figure. Since the install is purely labor (I have all the equipment) I expect it to be fairly cheap. I'm expecting to pay somewhere between P1k-3k for the job. They don't need to be all that competent, I just need the incompetent workmanship to be out of sight out of mind.
Hope they are more competent than a plumber I used. He installed a heater under the kitchen sink, now we have hot and hot water.
I stopped by there a minute ago. They were pretty busy and asked that I come back Friday morning with the cameras. No quote given yet.
