    Will wait till 15th to see if they quit this 30 a day crap... if not then I will pay the extra 1k and have these people do it for me .... they tell us over 60 to stay home and then fine us for being late... Bahhh

    They have no idea in the country of customer service/fairness - if you are an alien then they don't care anyway.

    That could be very usefull information one day! Being back in tourist visa regime after years of balik bayan and now will see if 13A is an option so one day will need this exit clearance again. Much better to pay 4000 here then go to cebu / manila to spend money on a trip. Is this including the fee for the ECC?

    I got that price on June 30, and at that time, yes, it included the fees.

    If you have a 13a no need to get exit clearance before leaving, you get it at the airport on the way out.

    I don't think you have any choice but go to Cebu which is shut right now for us but you can do it in Manila, there are flights.. But who knows what that entails.
