    I don't know.
    This was debunked.

“That does not mean that someone who has hypertension or diabetes who dies of Covid didn’t die of Covid-19. They did,” “So the numbers you’ve been hearing -- there are 180,000-plus deaths -- are real deaths from Covid-19. Let (there) not be any confusion about that.”

The CDC, however, considers the underlying cause of death as “the condition that began the chain of events that ultimately led to the person’s death,” and in 92% of all deaths that mention Covid-19, the virus was listed as the underlying cause of death,

But when you mention specifics then the reply has to refer to that specific, mon ami.

And I disagree that "one persons aliment does not require all to suffer in response" as I knew someone who had very bad wind and when he f*rted, we all suffered!

The CDC link demonstrates (at least to me) that Fauci will manipulate data or disclosures to validate his previous positions. It remains to be seen if his prior (faulty) positions were motivated by self interest ( his financial involvement with vaccine companies) or were politically motivated. None have been “spot on” accurate, have they?

Fauci gives sound advice with the known facts of the day. He is in a position that requires common sense precautions to be advised with the limited information of the day. This is not his first go around with this type of criticism. What people are saying today is almost word for word of what was being said about him during the AIDS pandemic in the 80s. People criticising him then sound just as idiotic as those criticising him today. He isn't manipulating the data, he is giving advice off of currently known data. Any data manipulation is much more likely coming from those politicians currently in power, not from a guy that has been the director of the NIAID since 1984. No matter how badly the current administration would like to blame their incompetence on him that just isn't the reality. The man has reached the top of his field for a reason and it had nothing to do with party lines. I have far more respect for him than any POS politician (regardless of political party) ever will. I think the only reason Fauci gets pushed out is because he is ready to retire (he is nearly 80 years old) or is tired of the treasonous cowards in the Democratic and Republican parties.

Scientists can change their opinions when new information is presented and confirmed to be true, sh*tbag politicians cannot change theirs. Truly disgusting human beings politicians are. If anyone is manipulating data there is a 99.999999% chance it is a f'n politician.

And I may add thet testing has absolutely nothing to do with the numbers of dead. It may add a little to the infected numbers but if you do a check of deaths against infections it will quickly reveal any discrepancy. The USA has a quarter of the worlds infections with a tremndous difference in the percentage of the worlds population. And approximately a quarter of the deaths unfortunately. The difference between the two is quite small and will give some clue as to the actual effects of testing versus deaths This is a pandemic. No doubts about it and those that have died because they had some contributing underlying cause would more that likely now be walking around still with that underlying problem affecting them. Not laying dead in some morgue.

Maybe. How many were already terminally ill before contracting COVID? How many were in a nursing home unable to even feed themselves or get to the bathroom on their own due to advanced Alzheimer's or dementia? We just don't know but I suspect the number is quite high. Did they "deserve" to die a few weeks/months early? Of course not, but should we burn the world and cause more pain and suffering for healthy people that still have their entire lives ahead of them? I say no.
