You don't need to make at home, just go to Jolibee, or a house celebration near you (obviously not until restrictions are lifted). 'Spaghetti' here is an abomination.

Are you both in the habit of knocking the dreams of someone wanting to try the local delicacy???

Next you'll be telling me not to try balut enclosed within a layer of guinamos!

And then we imported a German royal family who had to change their surname in 1917, but some members of which still had Nazi sympathies in WWII.

Ahh, no, you can have as much of that as you like
At least the local tempura is palatable or even enjoyable (when made by my asawa)

Same with ours (and a whole bunch of other royals have german roots too).
Probably has to do with the Holy Roman Empire and its many constituent states who all had Kings, princes, archdukes, dukes and whatever other families that managed to pass themselves off as deserving royals to non-suspecting countries

And is she online? (Not trying to pry into your/her affairs, just asking re this tempura).

Btw, I can make a good custard - as long as I remember correctly about the powder and water (quantity and temperature).

EDIT: I can always read the instructions from the container.

Ah, but this revolution thing opens a whole new can of worms as we found out some short years after when Napoleon came along and made bloody war in our and many other lands and installed his brother as King of the Netherlands for a few years. We even needed the assistance of them bloody Brits to get rid of them frenchies again.
