I got only 2 kg of dutch cheese Poppy, I didn't dare to ship more because I couldn't be sure they'd survive 7 weeks or so in a hot container. So I'm sorry, can't help you with that.
just curious if you have visited the move of monterrey meats next door to take over the don ailitano? restaurant. its all still across from bo's on the blvd. their deli area is quite large and has many cheeses and such. have no idea if they would have anything of interest to you but their deli area is easily ten times the size of why not and much more than belcris
Yes, thanks. Been there a few times and buy Italian bread and cheese there. I get my packs of salamis from Belcris though as much cheaper there. The foreign cheeses in both stores are very expensive for small pieces, so I limit myself to the essential 'hard Italian cheese' (whatever that is and the staff don't seem to know). Pack of grated parmesan cheese also comes from Belcris and lasts a long time if frozen. I find the spicy salami (both shops sell packs of four, but as I say, Belcris is way cheaper) are good for making pasta as the quality of meat here is not generally great for pasta - too much fat.
