    As a former IBM employee, yes, you took failure as a learning opportunity since future sales depended on it. They had this program called “postmortem” to figure out what happened. It was also a learning opportunity in collecting unemployment checks if you failed too many times.

    Never did quite understand the " my cups always half full not half empty" I still see it as 150 mls.

    I always wondered why when they said I was the last one to see him alive, or you were the last one to see him alive that they did not figure out that the last person to see the person alive was the one who did the killing.
