Just to keep things in perspective, cock fighting was legal in one US state as late as 2008, and only became illegal in US territories (American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) in December 2018. Not against cock-fighting, it's their culture so let them be. But if it's illegal then they need to be punished. For the police chief, so sad for his family RIP. Aside note. Some basic first-aid may have saved the police chief, using a belt for a 'tourniquet'
