    I think you need to have slits in the foil, or in the plastic baking bag, or there may be an explosion. Also, let me add an oven thermometer--don't rely on the oven dial.

    I'll stay with my way, never had a complaint and the juices are in running. My son does the deep fry in peanut oil and the revues are great also.

    It is very unlikely anyone would seal enough to prevent gases escaping when using foil sheets - unless they have a welding torch as a piece of kitchen equipment! :smile:

    How is that affecting the price? Down as many being culled and sold? Or Up as the market depleted?

    Check at JLH Butchers, they have had leg of lamb on several occasions. An Aussie acquaintance of mine got one and said it was great how he roasted it.
