    What did this even mean? Are they completely blocking off the city or can we still go to grocery stores and other businesses authorized to be open?

    Just got back from Dumaguete. It seems that "discourage" really means "sit under a tent and do nothing". However, on the way up two of them were standing up under the tent, it almost looked like they were going to do something but ended up deciding against it.

    I went through the south highway border at 9:30am and back through to Bacong at 11:00. No one being stopped.

    Got back about 30 mins ago myself. Been down Jose Romereo to Ceres terminal. Nothing doing on either chekpoint passed.

    Knob-heads at the back of me, Got their boom-box cranked up as loud as thunder even we don't live in Dumaguete. 3rd day now. Wish they would shut the f'ck up.
