This will never be funny until the Philippine voters elect and appoint officials who are not terrified of the 1% who rule this country with impunity and who ignore inconvenient laws... ....Until the Philippine government creates laws that they intend to and have the ability to enforce. Nothing will ever change otherwise. It will never be funny.
The only problem is, someone found the IATF requirements for people entering Negros Oriental, and they require testing and 14 day quarantine as 'mandatory' even for APOR's, contrary to what someone else stated. It is the Negros Oriental IATF rule.
