Last time I was at my gf's family's house I was served up some extremely raw and bloody fried chicken legs and thighs. I politely ate it and told her father it tasted great...only to be scolded by my gf for eating the raw chicken. She then scolded her father for undercooking the chicken, which, for some f'n reason, resulted in me getting nasty looks. I thought I was winning some brownie points with the family by eating raw magic sarap trans fat loaded oily chicken but I guess sometimes you just can't win. I'm just glad they don't speak much English and I can play the clueless card, smile, look all confused and gives a shoulder shrug like an idiot during these family conflicts. Whatever, a bit of salmonella never killed anyone...did it?
The gf can't cook to save her life, that's why I learned how to cook to avoid getting explosive craps in the toilet lol. Or we eat out. I've eaten in local cafeterias and I can say that most of them really shouldn't cook for a livinghood
Confirms my long-standing belief that you, Mr Rye, are the MOST POLITE member of this Forum. See below re 'brownies'
I was using b****y as a fairly common profanity in Australia, Blimey isn't a profanity, its an exclamation. And now I guess you next reply is "source".
