Good news for those living in Valencia. Santillan Rentals & Trading just announced that they will soon be offering key duplicating services (no exact date given.) Santillan's store is just beyond the Valencia proper "grid" on Legarda Street in East Balabag. What next for Valencia? Jollibee? LOL!
It has been lacking until next week when Santillan should start offering it. Competition is always good if you are looking for something to do. There are a LOT of services that are lacking in Valencia, but this situation is beginning to change. I have only lived here 4 years and have seen the arrival of 7-Eleven, our first ATM machine and our second ATM machine. The expansion of fiber internet beyond the poblacions. Still waiting for an LBC outlet, a major chain fast food outlet, nails salon and an actual grocery store (and I'm sure many other stores)....could put them all together in one strip mall next to the Iglesia Ni Cristo on the Valencia Highway....with a big parking lot! Can you imagine?

They are both at the municipal hall. The Development Bank ATM is at the front door (the first ATM in Valencia.) The second is a Landbank ATM at the edge of the municipal parking lot near the road and next to San Pedro Acadamy...in its own little hut.
There are two at the municipal hall. Landbank near the car park entrance and another up the steps to the left of the main entrance. The latter has been out of action for at least 2 months.
