Maybe not but I'm sure it proved to be great promotional material for their upcoming Netflix deal.

Nothing wrong with what they are doing, I do enjoy a good monkey dance from celebrities. Extra content for me to consume is great...but they can't possibly think that sane humans take them serious or actually give a crap about their lives. They are just the modern day version of a circus freak act.

Well if you had been kept in a Guilded cage all your life you might of acted the same.
To loose your Mother so tragically at such an early age, leaves mental scars whoever you happen to be.
I don't have an opinion either way just stating facts.

Possibly - but in WW1 they changed their family name from a very German one to a very British one: "Edward VII’s son, George V, began his reign as a member of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. This name reflects the fact that Prince Albert was a German Prince. However, even though all Monarchs since George III were born in England and thoroughly British - by birth, citizenship and upbringing - the House name was distinctly German and reminded all that their cultural roots, along with many close family members, were German.

This situation became untenable during WWI when England, and the world, was at war with Germany. So George V rebranded the Royal House with the name of Windsor to identify the Royal Family with the most British of symbols, Windsor Castle."

They will do anything to survive and have a massive press machine ('The Express' so-called newspaper is currently crushing H&M and I guess Honours will follow) to help manipulate the British public - because that is exactly what they do with their false stories of caring, their false medals, ridiculous titles (Charles' title changes as soon as his feet step from England into Scotland!) and the oft-quoted 'It only costs everyone 25p a day', until you multiply that by 365 X 66 million. It may be 25p a week - but whatever it is, the British public should not be paying to help a very wealthy family have someone put toothpaste on their toothbrush, iron their newspapers and cart their beds, toilets seats etc. around the World when they go on a freebie holiday (sorry, 'State Visit'). And if I write that in a right-wing UK newspaper, it magically does not get printed.

Sure, but it is no different with child celebrities...yet everyone is quick to thrash these celebrities that had their childhood stripped from them for their odd-out-of-touch behavior when they become adults. Everyone is a product of their circumstances but that does not mean they/we are immune to criticism or are entitled to any special treatment from everyone else.

Everyone in this world has mental scars. Losing a parent at a young age is pretty common and is a relatively light scar compared to all the other things life can throw at you. It does not make them special or excuse anything. (Note: I'm not saying they have done anything wrong...I really have no clue what is going with the story and I couldn't even tell you harry's last name and wouldn't recognize either of them if I walked past them on the street. Can't be bothered to care about some random couple that I have had no personal interaction with.)

That has to be nameS. As far as I understand it:

Born Harry WINDSOR > called Harry WALES in his military career (which, allegedly, was served miles behind the front line) > now called 'SUSSEX' (being the Duke of Sussex) > In Scotland is called The Earl of DUMBARTON (don't know if he is called 'DUMBARTON there, or 'Dumb' for short) > Is also Baron KILKEEL. And in 2015 he was knighted by his granny (aka 'The Queen') for "services to the sovereign" (huh???) and appointed Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (no idea if he is called 'Sir' or 'Vic.').

If you want to keep a dysfunctional family rulers of a gullible nation, just keep handing out titles to each other.

Every English monarch who followed King William the Conqueror, including Queen Elizabeth II, is considered a descendant of the Norman-born king. According to some genealogists, more than 25 percent of the English population is also distantly related to him, as are countless Americans with British ancestry.

Did I forget to mention that I am related to King Richard ( of Carlyon )the Lionheart, but I wouldn't recognise him if I passed him in the street.

If I mentioned that in the U.K. there is a town that bears my last name and I descended from the direct blood line of one of the 1st of Knight Templars, it may be a stretch to gather that but it is fact. It has molded my life and from my Daughter to my twin Sister and my multiple generations since the 18 hundreds have all served in some form of armed service, some still on going BTW.
As for the topic I do never say "God save the Queen", as in fact, it has always been Man. Attached is my Families coat of Arms.
