Can someone on here please tell me where is the closest place for me to pay my water bill. I live in Talay going to Valencia. I got one answer from a local and she said almost to Sibulan.
If your supplier is Dumaguete City Water District you can pay your bill at the water district modern office in Daro. All the trike drivers know where it is. They are very efficient in there, rarely have to wait more than about 5 minutes.
Pay at Bank of Commerce for water bill and also Noreco ll electric. Lunch time and afternoons are not busy.
This very true, Patty but you can only pay Current bills, you still have to go to both Water and Noreco II offices, if your bill, has an overdue payment on it. JP
Does anyone have an update on where Dumaguete folks can pay their water bill this quarantine period? I can’t find anything on their Facebook page and no one seems to be answering their hotline numbers. Appreciate the help.
I'm pretty sure that the DCWD office in Daro is the only place. I don't think there are any "alternative" places like Noreco. When i went to Daro, there was very short line, before the ECQ.
I just wondered. Every other business seemed to have made an adjustment due to the quarantine measures set by the government. Restaurants and groceries are open to delivery now. Noreco can be paid through online banking as well. Guess I expected too much that DCWD would follow suit and adjust their payment system for its customers.
Are there any updates on how to pay the water bill online? Does anyone know why the lines to pay your bill at the water department are so long? Things have changed at the water departments office. They have changed their name and the payment line is very long. They have very little respect for other peoples time. I see on this link and a previous post that the bill can be paid at the bank: http://dumaguetewd.com/how-to-pay-your-bills/ Any other options?
