We are about 100m on the left past Gas&Go going towards Valencia. Google Maps+ Code 77P4+WX Dumaguete, Negros Oriental We will stock a mix of imported and local products at competitive prices. Breads and Bagels baked daily from 11AM Meats - Bacon, Steaks, Salami etc Cheeses - Arriving Friday 26th on late Cebu Pacific flight Spices - Full range of unique spices Italian products- Pasta sauces, pastas and Olive oils Korean products, Dry Korean goods, Ramen noodles and Frozen dumplings Wines and Beers (some spirits panning to expand). Good mix of Chilean, Aussie, South Africa, Spanish and French wines. Whites and Sparkling refrigerated. Birdie Num Num and will add others later. Parking is reasonable and off road, place is airconditioned. We expect to have credit and debit card facilities in the coming weeks (BDO is taking forever with this). Hello Ozzguy, Attached pdf of current wine list with prices, highlighted in green are the Australian Reds. I dont have very many, I built the list on well reviewed wines, plenty of Aussie reds review very well but they creep up in price so the balance of quality vs price worked against having more on the list. A few South African reds that are good on the list, I drank a Rib Shack red last night and it was excellent. A lot of Argentinian and Chilean reds, Malbecs and Carmeneres possibly because I like them too much and that swayed my purchasing decisions. Headed your way in the next few days to check it out, particularly the meat selection. Wine looks a bit on the high end, might check into carrying Richland or Yellow Tail or another good house white. JLH carries the Richland sometimes and Robinsons/ Sophias sporadically has the YT, inventory very often OOS.
Wine list looks good Blair, as do the meats. Will definitely be in but might need to wait until you get the CC situation sorted as carrying so much cash can be a pita. Cheers
Blair, OMG, stopped in today, Stephanie is great. Nice inventory, and if you can get the extras Steph offered to try to get, wow... PS, the smoked bacon is the best value and quantity in the city, and so little fat....
