Can anyone give advice on how to go about getting a reliable internet connection service. I live in Dauin Tugawe

So far I am told I can't have PLDT fibre because there is no box and..

Also I can get a airfiber, that's a big antenna on the roof and the plan is with PLDT

Can anyone help out with advise

We have a tower with an antenna in Tubod Bacong, through PLDT. Works great when it works. Bigger issue is customer service from our installer is basically non existent. They show up every month for payment, but it is like pulling teeth to get them to fix anything. Our neighbors also have an antenna with good service but I am unsure who it is through. Hopefully we will talk to them in November and find out, Lord willing we can travel then.

Put up a roof dish (cost 4000/5000) and they used PLDT (2000 a month for, I think, 10mbs). Mostly okay.

I have the same deal that you have. The man installed antenna and I was receiving fast speeds up to 80 Mbps. Now, it is down around 7 and 8 Mbps. I try to contact him he doesn't reply. But, he always comes to receive his payment the same day each month.

Have you thought about sticking the antenna somewhere the sun doesn't shine (except if you use the 'Sun' newspaper for toilet purposes, of course) when he comes to collect his dosh?

Top Technologies and I.T. Solutions was excellent at customer service.
