    Anyone living in Dumaguete City get the vaccine yet? I know expats in Valencia, Dauin, Bacong, San Carlos City, Iloilo City and Cebu City who have had their first shot.

    Here in Dumaguete we are told "just wait we'll let you know" this for filipino and expat senior citizens.

    Why so slow in Dumaguete? More frontliners with all the hospitals or a shortage of vaccines for Dumaguete?
