I didn't report you, but this is misleading. Nobody has gotten brain fog from Sinovac that I have read. The brain fog comes from the active Covid, not Sinovac. Your paper is on Covid breaking the brain-blood barrier, not Sinovac. They shouldn't be connected in the same sentence. However, I'm open. I can very easily see how Covid could get into the brain, but not the spike proteins. The spike proteins should just get stuck in a blood vessel wall, or filtered out of the blood. The blood vessel wall cell ultimately dies and is replaced. Point me to the spot in a paper where it states the spike protein by itself does this. Perhaps this is why brain fog is not associated with Sinovac? Because it actually doesn't penetrate into the brain?

"In a study published Dec.16 in Nature Neuroscience, researchers found that the spike protein, often depicted as the red arms of the virus, can cross the blood-brain barrier in mice."

I'm not saying that I know for a fact that the sinovac causes cognitive or other brain problems. I'm just saying that the spike proteins by themselves may be toxic. It is shown that the spike proteins by themselves can cross the blood brain barrier. The sinovac uses coronavirus shells (deactivated and with replaced DNA). Those coronavirus shells contain the intact spike protein. It is only just my humble opinion that I think there are better alternatives than the direct injection of viral shells or complete spike proteins.

Maybe do a poll like Rye does
Had my first Sinovac shot yesterday.

They are asking us to come back for the 2nd shot in 4 weeks. A mate in Oz had Astrazenica and has a 12 week gap before the 2nd shot.

Not comparing apples with apples I know but I wonder if the shorter waiting period here for the 2nd shot is more to do with holding enough vaccine stock to ensure the 2nd shot can happen.... and maybe use by date too?

Let's just hope it mostly remains in the muscle, as it appears to do. I'm not worried about the DNA going into the cell, as it dies anyway. It looks like the effect, if any, isn't enough to be measured, whereas brain fog from Covid is apparent. I think I'd still get it at my age, 70. The debilitating effects of long covid is something I don't want. Let my remaining years be good ones.

Ya, the Brits did a study on the wait for the 2d shot of AZ. It's more effective if you wait 6 weeks or more, and remains 76% effective for keeping you out of the hospital (really sick) for 90 days. I got it 5-20, and the date for the 2d shot is 8-12.

If you were to suggest that the WHO is under the thumb of the PRC (People's Republic of China), I would not take issue with you. There is no other explanation for why the WHO excludes the ROC (Republic of China, Taiwan) from meetings.
