The official order posted by Gov Degamo seems to continue the drinking liquor in public ban, '.......not limited to bars, restaurants........'
I was in HyperMart midday on Friday 16th, and they still had "Liquor Ban" signs up on the booze shelves. I complained to stocker-staff that the restriction should be over, and they agreed but told me "we haven't received official confirmation for lifting, yet" -- seems to be some confusion. I haven't checked since then -- have any of you?
Seems like the right answer is there is no right answer. Perhaps lockdown might be the “safest” answer for now, such as it is.
Valencia seems to be undecided if there is a liquor ban or not. 711 is openly selling (they are good about following these rules) and so are a few restobars that I have visited but the sari2x stores still refuse to sell (or ask for discretion if they do). Haven't tried to buy alcohol outside of Valencia since the lockdown status was modified.
I just bought 2 cases of blue Romulan Ale imported from the commissary at Starfleet headquarters space-based warehouse. A Starfleet shuttle craft deliverted them from space down to Robinsons grocery. Serously though, I did buy beer at Robinsons.
