    Good luck to Bayawan with that. 54 daytime hours of no power in 11 days, pfffft.
    Hopefully such changes aren't on the agenda for other towns any time soon (unless it would greatly improve/eliminate the number of sudden blackouts).

    I believe it is not the same area getting a brownout every day. Bayawan is a huge municipality.
