    When I build here in the Philippines I like to have an interior that after being inside a few hours doing what-ever..... I can easily and often forget where I am. Sound proofing is a sure factor in that regard if your in any of a Cities limit. So if your happy and Yah know it with what yah created here ...........post your images. Thought also that for sure I will sell my homes someday and get a Luxury Condo in Dumaguete (top floor with pool) because I ain't leaving crap to anyone except My Wife due to the insane inheritance laws here! Posting here can allow me in the future to share the thread elsewhere and help bring more traffic. Cheers and looking forward to your additions. I left out posting bedrooms and umpteen CR's and walk-in-closets. May add later.     Build your own home?
    By the title, am I right to assume that that you personally laid the foundations and the walls etc, etc?
    Or did you employ others to do the work and supervised the build?.
    Certainly looks to a very good standard.
    I have a "Covid/ Lockdown" project on going for a Summer-house/ room, which has taken longer than anticipated, hopefully to finish by the end of the month! upload_2021-8-1_15-31-38.jpeg
