MECQ, it was only a matter of time.

We went into town from Valencia yesterday around 1pm and the checkpoint was stopping all vehicles (even cars) coming from the Duma direction on the way back around 3pm back to normal and we sailed through.
Anyone know what the scare was ? maybe the governor was on a visit !

 

Bacong to Dumaguete checkpoint at 9:05 today. Two police assuming the texting position. Returned at 11:00, same position.

 

Who would have guessed it, whatever quarantine it is called now is extended for another 2 weeks.

 

This is an important point about confusion - not knowing which level of quarantine people are in because of using ECQ, MECQ, GCQ etc! Reminds me of GCHQ (UK spy base - but shhhh, it's a secret) and GCSE (a UK exam system for schools). Why not use 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. or colours (white, amber, green, red, etc. ?). Why (as in road markings recently discussed on another thread) have the most complex system for a country where the grey cells already struggle?

 

You know yourself, if anything needs to be done these people will make a simple matter into the most illogical, complicated, drawn out. incomprehensible piece of riff raff anyone has ever seen to prove how "Smart" they are..

 

“PAGASA” changing the Typhoon names that were assigned by the World Meteorological Organization…can be confusing.

 

Absolutely correct - self glorification all over the place.

 

But as soon as they enter the Philippines area they become aliens - subject to imprisonment and deportation AND the typhoon even has to get an exit permit!
