Try Dr. Cordeta south of Robinson opposite the Pheonix Gas Station. It's called Premier Dental. I don't have her number but she is very good and I highly recommend her.

If the amazing Dr Cordeta is unable to do the extraction and she needs to refer the OP, she might suggest Dr Chua of Holy Child. (Yes, I know that if she refers him she will have his details but I give them in case the OP needs to go direct if Dr Cordeta is unavailable.)
I have also been at Dr Chua at Holy Child hospital and can only say I'm very satisfied with his work, very professional, up to date clinic and everything is very clean, easy to communicate with, and pleasant personality
Dr Chua is good but his fees may not fit your budget. He also makes cheesecake. Almost any dentist will take your blood pressure and pulse rate before any surgery involving blood and if you have other conditions send you for a blood test which you take to a consulting cardiologist who will take your blood pressure and pulse rate and ask you a few questions then give you a approval letter. With this in hand, your dentist will do your extraction or procedure. shakey
