This is an example of why, when I get to a certain age, or I am unable to change the bottle of water myself I will get a yaya over 45 yrs old. Feed me Keep the batteries in TV remote working Keep the house clean Give me "old time cures" when I dont feel well. Old lady's make the best soup and nurses
The License requirement means that after completing the Bachelor degree, the aspiring nurse needs to take a board exam with the PRC. This board exam has a list of requirements also: I suppose the "Summary of related learning experience" requirement is the cause of nurses working at hospitals for free, trying to get enough "credits" to qualify for the RLE. Obviously in a country where medical care is organized the way it is here, with many private hospitals and few government ones, the interest of the hospital is often opposed to that of the individual nurse trying to complete her RLE (private hospitals must love free labour).
Surely I will not be off-topic by pointing out to you that in my experience old ladies make poor soup - it is full of gristle
So swap roles and ask your children to teach you - they need to know something to be able to teach it.
Wow that's a pretty significant percentage. I knew it was getting bad, but I didn't realize it was this dire.
"Losing Nurses"/ shortage of Nurses My daughter is at present in the local Maternity Unit, close to giving birth she was informed the baby was not in birthing position and would require a procedure to try and correct that. Twice now she has had that procedure cancelled, on Wednesday a more urgent use of the threatre was needed, yesterday 45 minutes before her procedure it was cancelled again, due to a shortage of Midwifes!!! Such is the situation facing the NHS here in UK. To try and shorten the back-log of operations and clinical appointments piling up, staff are being offered incentives to work overtime and weekends. Like never before there is a great demand for numerous trades and professions here in UK and leaving the EEC didn't do the British Public any favours.
But everyone should have a college degree (and debt)! Now the one guy left that knows how to unclog a pipe can charge whatever he d@mn well pleases and you will pay it or have your house flooded with sh@t.
Yes you are correct.....that's why I bought a set of Drain rods !I also still do my own Electrics, Painting n Decorating and wash the Dishes, when you have to fend for yourself at an early age, you soon learn about the cost of living..........I should of learn't how to kick a football.
