i have three entrego deliveries pending that, according to tracking, two are stalled at the duma entrego hub and third is in never never land. one pkg has been in duma since Oct-15-2021 ''Your package is being processed for delivery.'' a second since Oct-21-2021 ''Your package is being processed for delivery.'' another that shows as ''Your package is still with the merchant.'' yet, lazada shows it was picked up 18 oct i've been on contact with customer service and... ''We, at Entrego would want to apologize for the experience you’ve had getting your parcel. It’s not our usual standard and I understand how frustrating this delay must be. I’m so sorry you’ve had to spend so much time on this. Thank you for your patience. I am coordinating this with the assigned hub so we can have this resolved. Please keep your lines open for further updates. Thank you very much.'' also, lazada informed me the oct 15 pkg is delayed and they are working on it yet no entrego deliveries as of 24oct. anyone else waiting for entrego to deliver? tnx...
We have had similar experiences with Entrego DGT. From discussions with a driver the main reasons seem to be threefold: 1) The tracking system shows the item one step ahead of its actual stage in the process - e.g. the tracking may say "Your parcel is in transit to your local hub" when in actual fact it is still in the Lazada warehouse in Muntinlupa, or wherever. This is because the item is scanned for the next stage but is then awaiting a consolidated shipment. 2) Entrego hold onto the parcel(s) until they have sufficient to warrant a driver/rider travelling to the delivery area/location. This is especially true in more remote areas. 3) If there are a number of shipments to a particular address they may wait until they have all at their depot before assigning the complete shipment to a driver/rider. Hopefully you'll get them soon!
Three packages en-route through Entrego here also, the first of which arrived at "delivery hub" yesterday (other two are still earlier in the process). No delivery yet today, will let know when delivered.
i had two entrego deliveries today, one was at the local depot 14 days and the other 23 days. talked briefly with the rider and he said he was on vacation and nobody covered his route. related, the ninja riders told me they are only working 3 or 4 days a week because incoming parcels have been slow.
The last time I had a package waiting at the Entrego Hub I went there and picked it up myself. Since I have been buying through Shopee I have not had a shipment through Entrego. Shopee uses Ninja, JTExpress and 2Go. Shopee tracks their delivery agents. I usually get notified via email that a package has been delivered within 5 minutes of my receiving it.
i talked with a different ninja rider today and he told me they are only working 3 or 4 days a week due to shopee having their own delivery service (new). i told him about the entrego rider telling me he was on vacation and there was no backup and he rolled his eyes and said not true and zoomed off. how about you Dutchie, did you get your entrego delivery?
Once all three packages are at the Dumaguete hub, and there's still no delivery following, I'll try to go pick them up myself. I have my doubts though, they might not be willing or able to go through hundreds of undelivered packages to find mine.
Take your tracking number ... have picked up packages several times and they look it up by tracking number ...
