Dont know how fast news travels these days, but just ahead of the COP26 summit on climate change, in Glasgow Scotland, the UK is experiencing similiar conditions as more recently, that of Italy.
Looking across the Globe, I find it hard to acept that 37% of those surveyed still dont agree that its down to our use of Carbon Emissions.
Just what does the future hold for our children?
Can we really change the situation or is it to late?

It is possible but extremely unlikely. Future generations are screwed.

Just to add a smile to an otherwise deadly serious subject:

Rather sad how radio/tv hosts can be so dimwitted as this one and still get hired.

What can we expect when the so called King of America Donald Trump declares there is no such thing as global warming and thus 50% of all Americans follow him like sheep. China and India also claim to be exempt as they are development countries so maybe COP26 will just be another waste of time and money

They seem to never bring up one of the worse.

Concrete is a major contributor to the climate crisis because its production releases huge quantities of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Carbon dioxide and methane are the two greenhouse gas most responsible for global warming.

Future is a bad joke but no matter as the younger generation are already doing the (Funky TikTok Chicken) when they have no device as it's charging. A population that will be flopping their arms all about while standing in a soup kitchen line-up!

China woke up to the Gobi expanding, etc., and is betting on nuclear. 16 plants under construction with 45 more planned, but they are behind. Too little, too late, so we are going to conduct the Great Experiment. Concrete, cow farts, coal, and oil. Wonder what the high plains in the USA will be like, not to mention Texas.

The very few, but to my mind most believable scientists say that taking action 20 years ago would have been timely. When Al Gore was warning us. Too late now.

Texas is the cow fart capital of Mericca. The sweet smell of money and bar-b-que.
When dealling with heat, at some point, it is just a number. Those from northern Australia can relate. I remember, maybe 7 years ago, we were on pace for 100 days over 100F (38C). Most of the southwest knows how to deal with it and the power grids are ready for it, the cold is what throws us off.
It's dem damm yankees that should be worried, a little heat wave and not only do their roads buckle but people really do die because they dont have air con nor the experience to ward off heatstroke.
Lets all pack up and move to Bagio, been the coolest spot in the country for a few weeks in a row now and cheeper than Greenland.
