    Hi, please help with information on how to get a licence to ride a motor

    Where is the office in Dumaguete to go ask a out getting a licence and do they have other offices in Siaton it other parts of South Negros Oriental such as Dauin or Bacong?

    Is there a website where I can read about it ?

    I am Australian and I don't have a current Australian licence

    Visa status, 9a spouse tourist visa soon to be 13a

    The main LTO (Land and Transportation Office) in Dumaguete is here

    As far as I know, LTO only has offices in Dumaguete and Bayawan in our province.

    I recently created a thread about getting a license in Dumaguete. LTO offices are located in Dumaguete, Bayawan, and Bais.

    No Aus licence will put you in the position of having to apply with all the rest. I had UK licence had to get drugs test possibly want blood group then just do the paper dance...and pay. All at Dumaguete took 2 hrs.

    They don't do drug tests anymore. I don't think blood tests have ever been a thing for a DL.

    Where is Lto near Robinsons, Google maps says it's inside Robinsons but now they tell me it's near norso ???

    There's a satellite LTO office at Robinson Mall , located along the back side of the main building, in between Robinson's Bank and BDO
