    That branch is ggggggGone.
    The existing LTO office is behind the capitol building.
    My wife renewed her license last week and there was no pee test. I don't think they even bothered to check her eyes.

    If you were coming from the south. Go through the main market and follow the national highway for about 1 km. You will see the Capitol building on your left. Take a left turn and go behind the Capitol building. From there anyone can point you to the LTO.
