Thank you @jim787. Did you find this on the Internet? If so where? It would be good to know where to find this in the future.
It ain't easy to get flight schedules from airlines. I got a flight booked DGTE to Manila and it's 3.45pm on a Sunday in April. Not mentioned above, but maybe they are expanding more flights soon. Or maybe the schedule above is just arrivals, as not very clear.
I am on their email list, although I have not been successful yet in establishing a new login password, as required to actually book a flight. Also, you can "like" the Facebook page, Cebupacificair and receive notifications. If I needed to make a reservation at present, I would go to the airport booking office. They give the same rates and promotions as the web site.
I was at the airport last week for the first time in over 2 years and the new front of the building was very impressive and must have cost a bit, i was only dropping someone off so i did not see the inside. Has anyone heard any update about the new airport, last i heard they had started buying land for it, i just wonder why they have spent money on the old airport if the new one is going ahead.
How long did the replacement Bohol airport take to become functional? Ten years? Don't count your chickens before they're hatched!
The only thing I do online here is buy from amazon, pay noreco, and rant on duma info and farcebook, certainly not buy air tickets. Dumaguete is so small, I would just go to an office where the smart folks work. When you are face-to-face, the info seems to get more reliable... The best PAL office I've found is near the McDonalds behind Robinson's, CePa has an office on perdicis near the cathedral that's pretty good, or better the airport?. And watch out for "change" fees. Did anyone else see a notice about "Air Asia" starting flights from Dumaguete ?? That might get CePa's attention. And don't hold your breath on Bacong airport, I'm guessing now that the politicians have bought all the land and quadrupled the price, the facility is no longer financially viable. I have NOT seen or heard of any land actually being acquired, I think that's rumor or conjecture.
Even if no Bacong airport, at least the highway has been improved (although hardly anyone uses the slow lane).
The highway has been expanded to four lanes most of the way to Siaton, not just Bacong. The right lane is used for passing after confirming you can make it without running into a parked car / parked trike / pedestrian trying to flag a bus / motorcycle coming toward you making an LONG left turn / motorcycle making a right turn out of a side street without lookin.. <grin>
